Journey II — SweepingThe goal of this program is to introduce the rower to sweeping. They should have a competent understanding of the basic rowing stroke and rowing terminology through the LTR and Journey II - Sculling programs. · Introduce the sweep rowing stroke. · Emphasize proper technique. · Getting individuals familiar and comfortable with sweeping. · How to set up a sweeping boat - hand heights. · Basic rigging for sweep - hand position, feet placement, washers
